About you…
We are looking for a talented, hands-on manager to join our team. You’ll probably have a couple of years’ experience with a solid background in busy, high profile restaurants or bars. Along with your natural flair for guest service, always seeing things from a customer perspective, you’ll be consistent, friendly, reliable and excited to forge a career in a real London institution.
