Hello we are an independent restaurant, very well located in N1, London, and have established ourselves over the last months as a great place to eat and drink serving Modern European, seasonal cuisine using locally sourced produce. We are open 7 days a week and serve lunch and dinner.
We are looking for someone to look after our guests working closely with the kitchen and ensuring our guests are provided with the best experience possible.
You will need to demonstrate previous experience in a busy, high quality restaurant environment , with the skills and attributes listed below.
•A genuine love of food, exceptional hospitality, a real understanding and passion for food and wine, and the importance of sourcing, provenance as well as seasonality.
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to remain calm, organised and in control under pressure.
• Wine knowledge
