We are a family run Thai restaurant looking for two new staff members to start immediately. (Kitchen Porter £8ph / Waiting staff £8ph)
*No experience required. We are a friendly family run business and give everyone an opportunity if they are willing to learn and take direction. We are looking for enthusiastic and positive minded people who take pride in their job roles and are ready to commit to being part of our team.
Punctuality and reliability is essential for the successful candidate.
All applicants must provide evidence that they are eligible to live and work in the UK. NI number is required.
Both job roles are shift based, 6 shifts per week (Mon- Saturday 6pm-11pm). Sunday we are closed so we all have the same day off.
Meals on shifts and on site training is provided.
Kitchen porter duties include:
Cleaning
Emptying bins
Some food preparation
Washing dishes and kitchen equipment
Supporting the chefs during busy periods
Stock replenish
*Food hygiene certificate would be advantageous but not required.
Waiter/waitress duties include;
Greeting customers
Taking orders
Preparing drinks
Serving food
Keeping the main restaurant area clean and tidy
Some cleaning
*Thai language would be advantageous but not required.
