Galvin Restaurants is a family run collection of French restaurants, founded by Michelin-starred chef brothers, Chris and Jeff Galvin and we are looking for our next Sommelier to join the team at La Chapelle.
We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Sommelier to work alongside our Sommelier team to deliver excellent wine and beverage service. You will be engaging and be able to recommend wines to complement guest’s palates and meals.
What we expect from the ideal Sommelier:
·Previous experience as a Sommelier in a 5* establishment.
·Up to date knowledge and expertise on wines and beverages.
·Flexible approach towards working hours – i.e. Including weekends.
·Loyal and trustworthy, honest, positive, responsible, very committed, passionate.
