Restaurant Shift Manager - Soho - London - to £36k
Restaurant Shift Manager required for a busy high end casual dining restaurant in Soho, London. We are looking for confident people who have previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a very busy restaurant. You must have a very good command of English and must have a strong, confident and outgoing personality with a passion for food, wine and the service industry.
You must be a hospitality professional, with a proven track record, training yet a well balanced character, calm, flexible, amenable.
Whilst formal training is welcomed it should be combined with a flexible and informal approach to fit well with this high end casual environment. We really need quality people who are very presentable, friendly, and fantastic at ensuring excellence in customer experience every time.
