Service Excellence
Represent the Hospital Club’s high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times during a shift.
Know all table numbers and sections
Ensure all dishes match the ticket including modifiers and special requests.
Check the quality of plate presentation
Deliver the correct food to the correct table number.
Communicate with other waiting staff regarding requests and relay those to the kitchen as well as letting them know about any incomplete order.
Follow the correct opening and closing procedures.
Integrity and Respect
Ensure that you are punctual for your shift, in the correct uniform, paying attention to personal hygiene and tidiness as laid out in our grooming standards.
Encourage, inspire and support team members to perform their roles to the best of their abilities.
Build strong relationships and establish a high profile with members of The Hospital Club London.
Creating a strong team spirit
Ensure that all service ware is properly cared for and cleaned for the next shift.
Collaboration
Willingness to assist server or bartender when needed to give our guests outstanding service.
Bring a positive attitude to team work, contributing to the smooth running of the club and interacting productively with other departments.
Attend all compulsory training sessions and staff meeting including daily briefings.
Be ‘hands on’ and always present during your shift.
Work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible for your work shifts in order to ensure the most efficient and profitable working practises.
Passion
Ensure that any comments or complaints are reported to Club Manager immediately so that a resolution can be offered.
Conform to and uphold health and safety in the workplace in line with current legislation.
General
The post holder will be expected to maintain confidentiality at all times, as detailed in contract agreement.
The post holder will be expected to adhere to the above points to the best of their ability.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
