We are looking for a talented team of Restaurant Receptionists as Michelin* Chef Ollie Dabbous and one of the World’s best fine wine boutiques, Hedonism Wines have come together to create an amazing and innovative new wine and fine dining venture in Mayfair.
There will be two restaurants and a bar over the site’s three floors.
The ground floor will offer high quality all day dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as World-class afternoon teas from an exciting, innovative Michelin standard menu.
The second, the Mezzanine, serving lunch and dinner only is aiming for two Michelin * cuisine.
The menu will use the very best ingredients, respectfully treated, to create light elegant dishes, both organic and theatrical.

There is a staff canteen and shower facilities.
As the first point of contact you will be liaising with a variety of different guests seeking a unique experience be it for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner or private dining.
You will provide an exceptional level of service starting with a warm and welcoming greeting and finishing with a thoughtful and sincere goodbye.
Good organizational skills, a calm and considered approach and the ability to let your personality to shine through are all essential for the role.
Essential Skills:
Previous experience working as a hostess/ receptionist in fine dining environment.
Previous experience and knowledge of Open Table or equivalent reservations system.
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
Desirable qualities include:
Cash and credit card processing. Controlling the billing and payments for different revenue centers.
Well groomed appearance
Flexible approach to working hours
As Restaurant Receptionist your duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for our guests and setting the tone for their experience.
Updating and maintaining menus for restaurant and private dining parties.
Managing the reservation list and ensuring guests are accommodated.
Building a report with all regular guests.
You will be working alongside Ollie and the whole restaurant team playing a crucial role in the delivery of one of the most innovative all day dining experiences anywhere in London.
Starting salary £24,000-£26,000
