You will need to be fluent in English, possess high levels of enthusiasm and professionalism and have a sense of humour!
Sound experience in similarly high class establishments is a MUST.
Please note that we are a very busy restaurant open 7 days a week and therefore the applicants will be required to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
