We’re looking for a trustworthy night cleaner for our restaurant in Central London’s Soho – The Palomar on Rupert Street. This is an essential role behind our success and we want you to fill it!
Your role

Whilst part of the kitchen porter team your position of Night Cleaner is unique and reports directly to the kitchen and office management.
Working five days a week from 12.00AM to 5.00AM.
Your responsibilities as night cleaner will lie in two areas: firstly, cleaning the offices that the central and management teams work from; secondly, cleaning the restaurant’s service and prep kitchens.
In the restaurant kitchens specific tasks include: washing the canopy and filters above the kitchen; scrubbing the Fryer, burners, oven, Josper oven and plancha; sanitising the induction, stainless steel, sinks, work services, walls and pipes behind the fridges and the ceiling; and sweeping and mopping the floor.
The offices require simpler domestic cleaning.
