Bradys is looking for a hands on restaurant manager for our 30 year established business with a loyal customer base for our known restaurant specialising in London's freshest fish.

We are looking for:-

Extensive experience as a restaurant or pub manager with kitchen experience too. Minimum 3 preferably 5 years experience with lots of energy and enthusiasm.
High quality service, an eye for detail, hard working. Motivational with the team and good under pressure.
A flexible attitude
