Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to join our management team. To lead the staff and work alongside the owners in creating a great atmosphere for customers and staff in one of London’s best known pubs and tea room in the heart of the west end.
We are looking for an individual with plenty experience and a can do attitude who is both great people and customer service and is ready to take responsibility for the daily supervision of shifts in a small but successful business and drive our food sales forward.
We are looking for a hands on manager someone who is creative and can motivate others.

Ideally you will have 2 years’ experience in hospitality at management level (or similar) level in a quality, customer focused hospitality business.
We would like you to have experience in
• Managing and motivating a team of 10 +
• Kitchen Due diligence and health and safety management
• Customer service and food service
• Cash handling
• End of day cash up

• Good starting salary depending on experience (to be discussed at job offer), working 5 days from 7 (although sometimes a requirement to work 6 if needed.

Shift Patterns :
Monday – Sunday / 10am-12pm. 50-55 hours per week.
