'The Peppertree' Thai restaurant is searching for a strong and experienced Manager. We have been established in Clapham Common Southside for over 20 years and have an extremely local and loyal following. This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate who must be savvy and experienced with handling customers and team of chefs in an ultra busy environment.  If you are not already familiar with Thai food you will need to learn the menu in order to perform staff training and good up sales, as well as  build a strong and cohesive waiter team to charm your customers.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of  this busy operation. Receiving goods, entering goods into back office software, stock control and sales performance, reporting to senior staff on a day to day and weekly basis as well as writing the Rota within the cost parameters and ensuring that the cleaning, food safety as well as health and safety are all under control.
