Restaurant Manager for Luxury Italian BrasserieWe are looking for a strong Restaurant Manager from high-end volume outlets to join this dynamic team in Central London.You need to have high volume experience with focus on customer service as well as a real passion for developing your team and implementing new standards.KEY POINTS* Operational and financial management of the Restaurant* Knowledge of all F and B Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health, sanitation standards and menu planning* Strong leadership skills with focus on team's development, training and progression* Knowledge of Italian Food and Italian restaurants trend in London* Ability to assess quality control and adherence to service standards* Commercially savvy (Offers; trends and competition; etc)* Ability to analyse and present financial information (Budgets, kpi's, cost control, etc)* Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving covers to the restaurant* Ability to clearly define productivity and quality standards requirements* compliance with all regulation and laws* Displays an understanding of the impact that menu choice has on productivity and profitability* Displays comprehensive computer skills* Minimum of 2 years management experience in restaurant, preferably Italian.
