Full Time Restaurant Manager- Stylish, French Dining Restaurant and Bar- East Dulwich, London.

Salary: up to £23k + Service Depending on experience

Do want to work in a stylish French Restaurant and Bar that aims to provide an authentic french dining experience?
As a restaurant the product is essential. However, without the right staff we're going nowhere! So if you think you've got all the right credentials to run a newly opened restaurant with high expectations then we want to hear from you.
You must be disciplined, organised, punctual and have great leadership skills.
Requirements:
• Strong stock take skills
• Well-presented
• Enjoys working in a close team
• Ability to deal with busy service pressure
• Past experience in a similar environment is ideal
• Consistency in producing good service levels
• Good communication skills
• Enthusiasm
The position is full time and will involve managing a small team of staff.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have excellent spoken and written English. French speaking would be an added benefit.
A minimum of 3 years industry experience in hospitality
Health and Safety and Hygiene proficiency
Computer Savvy
Annual Salary of up to £23K + Service.
