One of the big successes of the Antic family the Elephant and Castle opened in 2021 with instant popularity amongst the locals, nearby office works and students. The pub, which has been on this site in one form or another since 1765 and named the area, is located in the heart of the now vibrant and ever-changing Elephant and Castle.

About the Restaurant Manager role
We are currently looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to take control of the food operation in our vibrant pub in Elephant and Castle. We serve fresh, seasonal food and value warm, honest service. Located in zone 1 and with a large custom base we are looking for someone with drive and commitment to take on this new role and take our food sales and service to the next level.
The ideal candidate will be an established Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager with an undoubted passion for hospitality and have proven experience within a high-volume casual dining site.

You will be involved in setting up the service standards and procedures.
Training and developing the team to deliver genuine service.
Create a sense of welcome and personalized service for our customers.
You will have an attention to detail
We want you to be the heart of the floor team.
Liaise with General Manager and Head Chef to ensure effective cooperation and communication between front and back of house operations.
You will report into the General Manger
