Restaurant Manager Position - Stunning City Restaurant - Mon to Fri
This fabulous City based, premium restaurant business is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in the Square Mile.
This is a high end restaurant specialising in seafood and steak which is all wholly fresh.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Managing an experienced team
Rotas and team scheduling
Stock takes and ordering
Full financial accountability for your department
Maintaining and exceeding standards
This role is very hands on and operational, we require the Restaurant Manager to be the face of the business and thrive in a full on busy environment.
You will be bubbly and friendly with a real genuine passion for hospitality.
Personal and professional presentation must be 100% at all times.
