I’m looking to speak to experienced, energetic and ambitious restaurant managers for a quality high volume bay side restaurant on the beautiful island of Jersey, Channel Islands.
Working for a renowned and respected ‘high street’ group you’ll be manging a busy bay side restaurant that trades circa 55k in the high season, and with staffing levels of up to 60, as such you must be a pro at trading with a large team and thrive on a busy restaurant environment.
This restaurant in a beautiful bay looking out to the sea offers a delicious range of Italian cuisine, alongside a brilliant selection of Beers, wines and spirits. It features a warm and inviting dining room, alongside a stunning outside dining area, perfect for a bottle of wine and a tasty meal on a Sunny day.
This site attracts large groups, families and couples, and has a good tourist and local trade, ensuring the restaurant has a decent turnover even during the quieter months of the year.
As the restaurant manager you’ll be entrepreneurial, have excellent leadership skills and share the company vision and values to drive your restaurant forward.
You’ll be as clued up on the people, as you are the back office side of things and be a whizz on audits, training, targets and sales, as well as ensuring you are motivating your team to deliver exceptional standards and brilliant customer service.
