Following the huge success of our Soho restaurant, Hoppers will be launching its second, larger site on St. Christopher’s Place, Marylebone, this Autumn. The restaurant will accommodate 85 guests across two floors with an additional 16 seats available on an outside terrace.
Inspired by the roadside shacks of Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu, the menu will feature a number of signature dishes, as well as dishes created exclusively for the new restaurant, such as ‘Jaffna Beef Rib Fry’ and ‘Tuna and Tapioca Cutlets with Avocado Sambol’, and new larger sharing dishes and a daily changing lunchtime Rice and Kari plate.
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager and Supervisor to open this restaurant with us and deliver an exceptional experience to our guests.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house business, leading the team by example to deliver the highest levels of service and an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure that the quality of the food offering is consistently delivered.
The successful candidate will:
Be a warm, welcoming and professional face of the business;
Have prior experience in restaurant management within a fast-paced, high-
quality restaurant;
Be proactive and self-motivated with entrepreneurial flair;
Have proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a team;
Be able to maintain effective standardized systems, processes and controls;
A good understanding of cost controls and P and L;
Be passionate about and have a comprehensive knowledge of the London
restaurant scene;
Have ambition and drive to develop and progress your career within a growing
restaurant group.
