From the German flour in our signature ciabatta-style dough, to the Italian mozzarella and locally-sourced meat for our wood ovens, our passion for sourcing quality ingredients has been at the heart of everything that fires out of our kitchens. With restaurants in Shoreditch, Portobello Road and North London's Kentish Town, each kitchen serves classic pizzas, wood oven dishes, fresh antipasti and daily specials in buzzing, modern surroundings. In the bar we serve Soho House classic cocktails as well as a delicious selection of wine from Italy and US.The Role.If you are passionate about hospitality, have relevant experience and are looking for exciting new opportunities, then we want to hear from you!Only those eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.
