In 2000, David Yeo, a Singaporean-born, British lawyer was encouraged by friends to open a restaurant as his entertaining at home was so enjoyed. David opened a simple 60-cover kitchen, which was a runaway success. Aqua Restaurant Group now has 25 restaurants across Hong Kong, Beijing and London, where their first UK site on Regent Street opened in 2009. David is the creative director of the group, conceptualising and carefully balancing
excellent food with stunning design and approachable service.
Aqua restaurant group - The first aqua restaurant opened fifteen years ago in Hong Kong. The London operation comprises four individual restaurant all with fantastic bars; aqua shard, Hutong at the Shard, aqua kyoto and aqua nueva. Each restaurant and bar encompasses the founding philosophy – serving exquisite dishes using the freshest produce, presented with style, delivered with friendly service and in buzzing environments.
As a member of the aqua team your service skills will be second to none, ultimately creating the best customer service and dining experience possible.
We are currently looking for Receptionists to join the aqua team.
You will ideally have:
• Previous hosting experience in a similar role with a solid background in busy, high
profile restaurants, hotels and private clubs.
• A passion for great food and service
• Fantastic communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Able to work a variety of shift hours, working well under pressure in a very fast paced
and demanding environment
• experience of the Quadranet system is desirable, although not essential
