You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail at all times, ensuring all guests are provided with complete hospitality throughout their dining experience with us.
Duties and Responsibilities

Greet all guests at the door with a positive attitude and a big smile!
Show guests to their tables.
Answer incoming calls at the front desk.
Operate waiting lists as efficiently as possible.
Work with Open Table/Collins booking systems to ensure floor plans and seating are well organised before each service.
Liaise with our reservations team to ensure daily schedules and services run smoothly.
