Our menu straddles healthy vegan dishes and indulgent comfort food. Our vision is that all things should be done with natural simplicity and joy. We have a plans to grow our brand throughout London and we are seeking a manager who can grow with us.

1 Years experience in a General Manager in Hospitality role.
OR 2 years experience in a position of seniority within a hospitality.

Willingness to lead and manage
Have an easy flow under pressure
Precision-thinking with common sense

Ability to Simplify Quality
Know WTF is Up with HACCP
Minimum Level 2 Food Handling Certificate, Seriously.
Be able to throw down the Numbers. P and L, Budgets, Bookkeeping.
Command in English
Skill Up on Microsoft Word and Excel
Get the Likes and Take the Licks on Social Media.
Package:
- £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus for gm
- £24,000 - £28,000 + Bonus for agm
- 5.6 Weeks holiday
