• Previous restaurant experience of at least 1 years, working in a very busy and high quality restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting and supporting waiters in their waiting sections during scheduled shifts.
Setting and resetting tables, delivering drinks and food, setting up and restocking waiters’ station.
• Liaising with other staff members of the scheduled shift.
• Good menu knowledge
• Complying with restaurant service ethos.
• Responding to customer feedback with empathy and generosity.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
Working hours:
• 5 Days a week most weekends morning or evening shifts according to weekly Rota.
