Restaurant Finance Administrator

HIX Soho is seeking a Restaurant Finance Administrator with at least one year’s experience. This position is the key contact for processes that are related to the restaurant operation. The successful candidate will have will excellent communication skills, a passion for service and attention to detail in order to ensure that all administration is completed.
Main duties and responsibilities
Complete all areas of financial admin on a daily basis and complete week/month end on time.
*To input all finance transactions including all invoices, delivery notes, transfers, stock.
*Complete accruals and credit accruals as and when required
*Co-ordinate all invoices and delivery notes received via each department
*To ensure thorough understanding of all costs before processing and challenging suppliers;refresh stock sheets
*To manage and input data onto EPOS on a daily/weekly basis including Central *Management and Stock Management. Liaise on any technical issues
*Collate reports for Management team on a Thursday and deliver
*Attend weekly meeting with Head of Department Management team and Finance Manager
*Update Human Resources system on a weekly basis with personnel information and ensure all holiday and sickness process is completed.
