Seafood restaurant group Bonnie Gull are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to work over their 2 restaurant sites. Duties will include:
Compiling invoices/delivery notes/statements
Scheduling payments to suppliers
Reporting on GPs and stock
Monthly management accounts
VAT
Payroll and Tronc
Working with suppliers, site managers and chefs to tighten up the buying and reporting processes.
experience of restaurant bookkeeping is required. Estimated requirement is 1-2 days per week. Staff meal included.
