We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced bartender for our newly opened restaurant bar.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails and teas/coffees.
2. Specialist cocktail making
3. Re-stocking of bar with juices, drinks, Beers, wines and other bar products.
4. Cleaning of bar and bar area to health and safety standards set out by restaurant.
5. Regular stock taking of bar and ordering of any stock needed.
6. Communication with Head Chef and Owner of restaurant.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1. Has at least 1 or more years experience working behind a bar.
2. Has knowledge of cocktail making.
3. Is customer focused.
4. Is fluent in the English language
5. Is able to work under pressure.
6. Is a team player but can also work on own initiative
7. Is enthusiastic, committed, honest and brings creative new ideas for the bar.
8. Has a good knowledge of health and safety.
9. Has a understanding of food and hygiene standards, or is willing to learn.
