JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To set up and close the back of house areas in preparation for service at the beginning and end of the day
- Taking food from the lift to the pass, ready for food service
- Produce all MEP throughout the day for service (polishing cutlery and glassware, folding napkins, washing plates etc.)
- To ensure that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the Manager on duty
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-good grasp of English, with communication skills
-some experience in the hospitality sector (preferably London)
-Be flexible (7 shifts per week including weekends)
-Flexible, hard working, and with a sense of humour
-Must be physically fit and strong
