Located on the 10th floor of the Montcalm Hotel, with fantastic views of the London skyline, alongside a modern British menu, Aviary is the perfect setting to drink and dine, City high.We are looking for a skilled Restaurant and Rooftop Terrace Manager, who will be responsible for the operation of the dining room and outside terrace area. You will also be responsible for the recruitment and development of the floor team, and assisting in running the venue alongside the other members of the management team.
