Are you the ‘organised one’ amongst your family and friends? How do you feel about becoming a human Octopus?
Ottolenghi Spitalfields are looking for an Administrator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From stock ordering and maintenance issues to cash reconciliation, it’s your responsibility to sort it - all to the soundtrack of a constantly ringing phone! You’ll need to be methodical, with a good attention to detail. It helps if you’re able to stay calm under pressure and prioritise, because you’ll be juggling lots of different tasks for lots of different people all at once.
It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge of the industry from a different perspective, or if you’ve already got a bit of office work under your belt. Make no mistake, this team works to incredibly high standards, with a huge amount of pride in what they do. You’ll soon understand how important the concept of teamwork is to the crew here, so come prepared to work hard and to play even harder and you’ll be rewarded with warmth, friendliness, and endless opportunities to develop as part of the Spitalfields family.
Excellent rates of pay. Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
