Ottolenghi Spitalfields are looking for an Administrator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From stock ordering and maintenance issues to cash reconciliation, it’s your responsibility to sort it - all to the soundtrack of a constantly ringing phone! You’ll need to be methodical, with a good attention to detail. It helps if you’re able to stay calm under pressure and prioritise, because you’ll be juggling lots of different tasks for lots of different people all at once.
It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their knowledge of the industry from a different perspective, or if you’ve already got a bit of office work under your belt. Make no mistake, this team works to incredibly high standards, with a huge amount of pride in what they do.
