This includes:• Dealing with guest relations;• Assisting with ordering and logging of invoices;• Managing Health and Safety records;• Leading on recruitment and managing personnel files;• Assisting with upkeep of Fourth Hospitality;• Restaurant financial administration;• Maintaining restaurant Internet and listings content;• Upkeep of maintenance list;• Engaging with local community activities;• Supporting with Brigadiers social media.
