Corus Consultancy are currently searching for an Industrial Resourcer to join our rapidly growing team in the driving and logistics division.The team you will be joining hold a host of lucrative contracts, supplying staff on a national basis.Key Responsibilities:Screening new candidates for prospective job roles through advertising and CV searching. Interviewing candidates when deemed suitable. Placing active candidates into suitable job roles. Ensuring compliance and legislation is adhered to the highest standard. Managing bank of staff with any issues or queries they may have. As well as a competitive basic salary there is also a fantastic uncapped bonus scheme on offer. As the bonuses are uncapped the amount of effort and application put forward will directly be rewarded financially. Traits and qualities desired:Outstanding communication and people skills. Polite and friendly telephone manner. Ability to multi task and deal with high pressured situations calmly and effectively. Organisation and IT proficient. Confident and results oriented.
