Over the last two decades the business has had solid organic growth has been achieved through client recommendation and excellence of reputation.Job Responsibilities* Assisting with advertising of current and future vacancies in relevant publications and notice boards with continuous assessment of productivity of recruitment campaigns and standard of applicants* Research new recruitment avenues* Assisting with the preparation of internal vacancies and advertisements to promote internal development and investing in the team* Receiving and logging of all application forms and conducting first sift of suitability* Legal checks on all documentation abd preparation of all new starter documentation, including creation of personnel files* Arranging selected candidates for first and second interviews as and when required* To assist the team in providing cover and redeployment of staff where required at short notice by the Operations managers/supervisors;* To liaise with the Resourcing and Development Manager to ensure that staffing levels are maintained and that he/she is aware of any permanent requirements.* To record holidays and absences on Operations tracker system.* To monitor and track absence/disciplinary issues and liaise with Human Resources /Payroll Manager to ensure that any issues are dealt with as and when required* Preparation of Manager briefings, training material or other documentation Knowledge, Skills and experience Required* experience of supporting teams desirable* Understanding of hospitality industry - desirable* Ability to maximize business through strong people management and client negotiation skills* Good business acumen* IT literateIf this sounds like a great opportunity for you and you feel you are the right person for the role please send your CV to and for other great opportunities please visit our website:
