This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most high-profile and respected brands in the UK. This is primarily a security role but also demands exemplary customer service skills.
Securitas are redefining the way Security Officers are looked at within the security sector, therefore we require individuals who are able to engage with customers throughout their shift whilst remaining alert to security issues.
We expect successful applicants to be able to effectively integrate into the Operations team within the high profile companies whilst also becoming the main point of contact for all security matters. You must be confident, articulate and able to communicate well, both written and verbally.
You will need to be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided.
You will be working across different locations in London and around M25. The job role will involve working alongside events team and corporate offices.
To be considered, you must have:
- An SIA security licence
- Excellent customer service and/or interpersonal skills- YOU NEED TO BE FULLY FLEXIBLE (DAYS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS)
