Residential Property Manager Needed

A well-established, Estate agency in Hammersmith is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Property Manager / Lettings Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is a varied, busy, fast paced role requiring candidates with great organisational and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting right to rent checks and drawing up contracts.
- Coordinating move ins
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants.

- End of Tenancy Check Out
- Processing contract renewals
- Acquiring references
- Chasing rental arrears
- Arranging gas and other certificates with tenants and landlords.
- Dealing with any maintenance issues

- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
