Vesper Homes is a hybrid estate agency covering the whole of London, we now manage over 50 properties and are looking for a candidate to manage this portfolio and enable us to grow further.
We are looking to recruit a motivated and pragmatic Residential Property Manager – the role will be based at home and we will expect you to work independently. Within this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in London and your main responsibilities will include:
Arrange maintenance of properties during tenancies.
Liaising with tenants, contractors and clients.
Arranging and carrying out property visits and addressing any issues.
Carrying out pre-tenancy works
Coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects.
Compiling inventories and schedules of condition.
Preparing check-out reports
The successful candidate should have some property experience in a similar role. You must be computer literate and be able to use our property management software and Microsoft office suite.
The ideal candidate will be able to commit at least 3 hours a day to the job and be on call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day should any issues arise. The majority of your work will take place at home using a computer and company iPhone, however from time to time you will need to visit the properties in person – especially if there is an emergency.
Remuneration is £866.00 per month
