Residential housekeeper, nanny and family cook.
Working hours between 07.30 to 19.00 hrs – time off during the day.
Delightful long term client (single parent) require a residential housekeeper who is an experienced housekeeper, self sufficient, flexible and capable of caring for a beautiful home to a very high standard. There are 2 school age children ( 10 and 8 years ) who spend alternate weeks at the house. During this time father takes them to school but you will be asked to collect the youngest from school which is walking distance from the house. There will be occasional babysitting now and again.
The housekeeper will primarily be required to undertake all day to day housekeeping and keep the house running smoothly, have excellent laundry skills and be able to cook fresh family meals when required. You will need to do the shopping, general provisioning and organise repairs and deal with contractors. A part time cleaner is also employed.
This is an informal home, where the parents are very involved with the children, but they do require a calm and gentle person to be part of the family. Father and the children are away for 10 weeks every year during which time you work less hours and manage your own time.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. 2 days off per week usually weekends, but one Sunday each month from 5-8pm to prepare a family supper and use of a newly refurbished, one bedroom, self contained first floor flat. As soon as possible START.
