About us
With over 50 years’ experience in the property industry we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our award-winning team based in our west London office.
Working as part of this established team, you will cover all aspects of Property Management and be responsible for a full portfolio and be exposed to some of the most desirable and technically challenging properties in London.
As a Property Manager you will possess expert knowledge of service charge budgets, major works projects, carrying out building and site inspections, chairing AGM’s and client meeting and have excellent organisational skills, be extremely self-motivated as well as thrive in a challenging deadline driven environment.
To secure this role, you will be IRPM qualified with a strong practical understanding and exposure to all aspects of residential Property Management and a proven track record within a similar role. experience of Qube software is not essential, but would be a distinct advantage.
