Reservations Supervisor - The Ned The Role:• Assist the Management Team to ensure all sellable contracted rates are loaded in Synxis, ihotelier and Opera systems.• To Supervise all Reservations Agents in their daily duties.• To support the Management Team in maximising booking opportunities by being responsible for all training and onboarding of Reservations Agents.• Support maintenance of booking systems for multi F and B; outlets.• Proactively driving sales in site restaurants and rooms by identifying opportunities and running new initiatives to support this.• To be responsible for and support the team in achieving all agreed service KPIs.• To support Management in reviewing reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.• To be commercially aware and able to support the team in offering recommendations on services. Keeping up to date with all promotions and special offers within The Ned and across the business.• To pick up additional day to day responsibilities in Management’s absence.• To ensure that The Ned reputation is second to none within the industry in terms of customer experience by continually exceeding guest expectation. Desired Skills:• Telephone based customer service experience essential• experience in a managerial or supervisory role• Previous experience with Opera/Open Table is preferred, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate• Good attention to detail and administration skills• Previous experience of working with high profile/VIP guests• experience of working in a 5 star/luxury hotel or restaurant environment • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines• Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office• Problem solving skills and the ability to manage complaints efficiently How The Ned Happened Taking over the City’s disused Midland Bank Building, Soho House and Co. And New York’s Sydell Group have collaborated to restore the beautiful Grade I listed building. Hosting 250 bedrooms, 10 restaurants, bars, a member’s club, Ned’s Club Spa and Gym, two swimming pools, along with six hertiage event spaces.
