Reservations Coordinator - Weekends
Reporting to: Head of Sales and Events
Location: Soho Head Office / Shoreditch
Pay: £10 per hour / negotiable for the right candidate
 
Role Overview: 
We’re looking for an outgoing and super organised weekend Reservations Coordinator, who wants to play an important role in a young, fast growing ‘best in class’ casual dining brand.
Dealing with all online and phone enquiries, the superstar we are looking for will be a confident brand ambassador for our business.
This role is a weekend position. The hours are Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm, plus one weekday (flexible) 9am-6pm at our Soho head office, just off Carnaby Street.
 
Responsibilities include: 
- Answering telephone lines Saturday -Sun, plus one weekday (we can be flexible)
- Handling general enquiries, incoming reservations and group booking enquiries across all sites, actively converting enquiries and maximizing revenue
- Supporting Heads of Depts with ad hoc tasks as needed
What we need from you: 
- Strong organisational ability
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Hospitality experience - either operational or in head office
- Outgoing, people-loving personality 
- experience of using Res Diary/Collins/Open Table (or similar reservations programme) preferred but not essential as full training will be given 
- experience and interest in Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Instagram Stories preferred but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Minimum 1 years experience working in a hospitality role would be an asset
