POLPO at Ape and Bird is a three-floor venue comprising of two dining rooms and two bars spread out across 5,000sq.ft. We are currently seeking a Reservations Co-coordinator to join our team to handle bookings and private hire enquiries.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, confident and eloquent. You must be well-presented and extremely well-organised, and the role will require a combination of handling telephone and email enquiries as well as face-to-face interaction with customers and clients. A background in hospitality and a solid understanding of the demands and needs of a busy restaurant is desirable. An eye for detail, impeccable spelling and grammar and strong communication skills are imperative.
You will be required to work seven shifts across five days in a week, which will be a combination of daytime office-based shifts (9.30am-5.30pm) as well as some evening shifts hosting in the restaurant.
