The Role
Petersham Nurseries are looking for a creative and experienced Reservation and Customer Service Agent with opening experience for their new 1600sq ft project in Covent Garden, opening in the summer of 2022. The role will suit a candidate with an engaging personality, deep passion for customer care and great level of spoken and written English. Michelin Star or high-profile London restaurant experience is preferred. There will be a big focus on people development and team building.
The role will be challenging but highly rewarding as one of the most anticipated openings of 2022. You will be reporting and working closely with the Reservations Manager. You will be at the forefront of this exciting launch.

La Goccia – Petersham Nurseries interpretation of Cicchetti and aperitivo will be showcased within this vibrant and accessible all – day restaurant offering an extensive menu of small sharing plates. An open grill and a wood burning oven will add an element of drama and theatre to the ambiance, as food will be prepared in front of din-ers.
The Petersham- Upholding the strong values and ethos established in Richmond at Petersham Nurseries Café, The Petersham will add a new character to the existing fold. Transformed in Covent Garden setting, at the heart of the theatre district, The Petersham will debut, presenting itself as a sophisticated, refined, a la Carte restaurant demonstrating a chic and tailored style.
Necessary experience and Skills
Essential
• Previous experience at in London with high profile restaurants or Michelin star level
• Previous high-volume customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Open table
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Multitasking
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Solution focused, bubbly people person
