Working exclusively on a B2B basis, we deliver outstanding services to International Tour Operators, Online Travel Agencies, Independent Travel Agencies, Coach companies and Carriers such as Airlines, Ferry and Cruise companies.
Job Purpose:

To work closely with supervisor in order to develop and grow incoming FIT bookings.
Quote and Operate FIT bookings in a successful, profitable and professional manner.

Job Specification:

Process all incoming FIT reservations (book accommodation, transfers, attractions and any other services)
To Maintain good relations with all clients and suppliers at all times.
To Respond to requests from clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure the smooth operations of all FIT bookings (i.e. Booking all services, issuing travel documents)
Produce weekly reports for supervisor and support the supervisor with any other matters.
Managing close-outs for all online operators.
General administrative duties

Candidate Specification:
Requirements:

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
Exceptional customer service and result driven.
Ability to work under pressure
Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail.
Fluency in English
Ability to make decisions and to work on own initiative.

Desirable but not essential:

Fluency in any other European language
experience within the inbound tourism industry in the UK and Ireland.
