The right candidate will:

- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be a good communicator
- Be confident dealing with guests over the phone.
- Have a friendly attitude
- Work well as part of a team as well as independently.
- Have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Be able to work full time
- Be able to work five shifts per week
- Be able to work some evenings until 8pm and some Saturdays.
- Have reservations experience (although not essential)
- Live locally because of shift pattern

Main activities/tasks:-
•To efficiently answer the telephone
•To confidently handle all reservation enquiries.
•Up-selling and sales
•To pass on all written and verbal messages.
•To deliver excellent customer care both on the telephone and face-to-face.
•To ensure required reservation targets are met.
•To help implement any new policies and procedures.
•To check commission invoices
•To ensure that late cancellation and non-arrival charges are applied.
•To work alongside Front of House and Reservations Agents with regards to group bookings and rates.
•To work alongside the Reservations and Sales Manager to effectively manage e-bay.
