The Rockwell Hotel (4*) is currently seeking a full time Reservations Agent to join our team. Preferably you will have experience working in a similar environment however training will be provided. Immediate start will be ideal.

Your duties will be:

You will be expected to quickly gain full knowledge of all rates, (standard, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall company product.
Duties will include:
Taking and processing reservations via phone and email.
Answer all emails from our main Reservations hub.
Negotiating rates and converting enquiries.
Handling and processing payments
Demonstrating high levels of customer service, providing information and dealing with client queries and all tasks as required.
Daily arrival checks for all bookings
Arrange viewings for potential customers
