We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservations and Sales/Marketing Star who also plays a role in service – a real ‘jack of all trades’.

THE ROLE
*Handle all Communication and Organisation on Large Group bookings, coordinating function sheets and all details for FOH and BOH
*Convert incoming enquiries and maximize all opportunities whilst building rapport with customers
*Work as a Host (on busier nights) and otherwise on the floor, regularly, as part of the team. No job is too small.
*Assist with proactively managing ‘the book’ each day
*Assist with local marketing incentives, getting to know our Neighbours and building relationships
*For our upcoming Christmas period, you will push to achieve targets and coordinate every detail for our floor and kitchen
* A Shutterbug / social media contribution may also be required!
WHO WE NEED
*A friendly, out-going and energetic personality – a big smile and great hospitality comes naturally to you
*Previous reservations experience in a restaurant is essential – 1 year +
*Strong experience in Open Table or Res Diary, or a similar reservation system
*Comfortable using Word and Excel
*Excellent written and spoken communication – professional at all times
*Great organisational experience and the ability to multi-task at a fast pace
*Great personal presentation, but we invite you wear your own clothes and have fun
*Previous marketing or sales experience a bonus
*Confidence with upselling – must be keen on great food and drink
*You will understand why we never say ‘no’ to our guests
