We are looking for a warm, engaging, passionate and motivated Receptionist with reservations duties. Flexibility is key to ensure a smooth transition between tasks whilst maintaining an excellent level of service.

Previous restaurant experience in London is essential.
Excellent communication, both via email and telephone with good attention to detail.
Ability to engage with guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression of the restaurant.
Arranging reservations in a professional, efficient manner.
Outgoing personality with a passion to deliver.
Enthusiastic, quick thinking with a can-do attitude.
Previous experience as restaurant Host/Hostess would be beneficial.
Knowledge of booking platforms such as Open Table/ Book a table or Seven rooms would be beneficial.
A strong command of English is required
