We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with some spectacular and award winning venues such as Shaka Zulu, Fest and Gabeto, which are based in the heart of Camden.
We are looking for a telephone reservationist to join our busy and friendly team. Ideally you will be flexible to work a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends. We have full and part time termporary positions available (until end of December).  Hours may vary depending on busy or quiet periods.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering all calls and emails
- Using Opentable reservations system
- Providing a very high level of customer service.
Skills and Requirements
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Telephonist experience from a leisure or hospitality company (minimum 12 months experience)
- experience using Opentable booking system is ideal, but training can be given.
- You must work well in a team
- Work well under pressure at busy times
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
