Reservationist - Camden Dining

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with some spectacular and award winning venues such as Shaka Zulu, Gabeto and Fest which are based in the heart of Camden.

We are looking for a part time telephone reservationist to join our team.  Our reservations office is open 9am-7pm Sunday-Friday and 12-9pm on Saturdays.  Hours may vary depending on busy or quiet periods, so ideally you will be flexible.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Answering all calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Entering reservations into the relevant venues' Opentable system.
- Providing a very high customer service

Skills and Requirements

- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Telephonist experience from a leisure or hospitality company (minimum 12 months experience)
- Strong IT skills
- experience using Opentable booking system is ideal, but training can be given.
- You must work well in a team
- Work well under pressure at busy times
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
