Reservationist - Camden Dining
We are offering a fantastic opportunity to work with some spectacular and award winning venues such as Shaka Zulu, Gilgamesh and Gabeto, which are based in the heart of Camden.
We are looking for full time and part times telephone reservationists to join our team. Our reservations office is open 10am-10pm, 7 days a week. You will be flexible to work a mix of daytime, evenings and weekends. Hours will may vary depending on busy or quiet periods.
You must be available to work a variation of day time, evenings and weekends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering all calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Entering reservations into the relevant venues' Opentable system
- Providing a very high customer service
Skills and Requirements
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Telephonist experience from a leisure or hospitality company (minimum 12 months experience)
- Strong IT skills
- experience using Opentable booking system is ideal, but training can be given
- You must work well in a team
- Work well under pressure at busy times
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
