Looking for an apprentice to assist RPI's Senior Consultants to deliver on client requirements by networking and advertising to source, select, pre-interview, qualify and prepare candidates for submission to RPI clients. This is a great opportunity to develop within a global search and strategic recruitment firm.
RP International (RPI) is a global search and strategic recruitment firm, specialising in the provision of C-suite, senior management and technology professionals across multiple sectors, offering three core services of Human Capital Solutions: Executive, Permanent and Contract.
Entry requirements:
1. Minimum grade C-A* in five GCSE, including Maths and English (or Functional Skills level 2 in both). You will also have good knowledge of IT including all Microsoft packages.
2. Ideally, we are looking for recent school leavers and non-graduates for the role.
Business Administration qualification will be delivered by White Hat.
Location: nearest station Waterloo, London Your key responsibilities:
1. To liaise with the Senior Consultants and interpret their requirements and prioritise accordingly.
2. To devise and carry out research strategies that will ensure a long list of candidates will be produced for each requirement.
3. To build a network of potential candidates through the utilization of various social media and forums.
4. To connect with and speak to potential candidates to screen them, confirm their interest, availability, rate/salary and ability for a particular requirement and undertake references where appropriate.
5. Ensuring every new candidate is accurately uploaded onto Invenias and each field completed correctly.
6. Logging every interaction made with a candidate onto Invenias.
7. Formatting and presenting CVs to the Senior Consultant in a client facing format.
8. Arranging interviews and travel arrangements where necessary, including any follow up visa arrangements.
9. Attending meetings with clients (alongside the Senior Consultants) when necessary.
10. Liaising with the client to arrange interviews and deliver feedback when necessary.
11. Sending E-Mails and letters when required.
Hours are 8:30am to 5pm
